Inside Track – An unsolicited testimonial

As a commuter and entrepreneur, I love getting e-mails like this one:

Hi Conductor Josh,

Here is a true story from tonight:

I left my office building and saw a friend from my town.

Me:  Hey, did you see that the trains are delayed 30 mins to an hour?
Friend: No, I was in meetings. Where did you see that? On Clever Commute?
Me: Yes

We went right to the subway and took the M train to 23rd. We picked up a PATH train to Hoboken…and I am writing this on the train from Hoboken. We are comfortably seated on a NJ Transit train home.
